Brooks Chadwick Capital has recently acquired one of the last remaining properties in the exclusive suburb of Dunwoody in Dekalb County Georgia. The purchase comes as builder demand for land seems to be increasing and inventory has almost evaporated.

Brooks Chadwick Capital, one of the premiere residential development firms in the southeast, has sold the lots in the community of Marston Park in East Cobb to Traton Homes.

Brooks Chadwick Capital has recently announced that is has acquired 36 acres of raw land from the FDIC in East Cobb.
