Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has found errors in the notification sent by CLWSC to its customers concerning a proposed 71% rate hike.

Canyon Lake Water Service Company proposed a two phase rate increase to take place in October 2010 and March 2011 totalling 71%.
