Department of Labor states job gains increased by 169,000 in August 2013. However, approximately 11.3M Americans are still unemployed. Meanwhile business owners and 501c3s are struggling to make payroll, find the “right talent” & access capital.

According to the Department of Labor, job gains increased by 115,000 in April 2012. However, approximately 12.5 million Americans are still unemployed.

According to the DOL, job gains increased by 244,000 in April, however, approximately 13 million Americans are still unemployed. Today’s workforce is faced with finding the “American Dream” in the midst of an American nightmare.
