Cate School's Centennial Campaign, launched prior to the 100th year anniversary of the School's founding, has successfully concluded its multi-year fundraising effort.

Cate School has begun an eight-year cardiovascular study of adolescent and young adults. When completed, the results will provide valuable data on the need and efficacy of screening of young hearts for hidden forms of heart disease.

A day of grueling written, oral, and practical examination of neuroscience ended with Thanh-Liem Huynh-Tran '12, a rising senior at Cate School in Carpinteria, California, taking top honors at international Brain Bee competition in Florence, Italy.

Carpinteria, CA - On Sunday March 27, 235 Cate School students, faculty, staff, and alumni made their way from the Carpinteria hilltop campus known as "the Mesa" to East Beach in Santa Barbara to support the school's Public Service Program.

Cate School hosted a TEDx conference on November 19, featuring DoubleClick founder and FindtheBest CEO Kevin O'Connor and Academy Award nominated writer and director John Singleton, among others.

On November 30 students enrolled in Cate School's Advanced Placement Comparative Government and Politics course will go online via Skype for a conference with staff at the United States Institute of Peace in Washington, DC.
