Chef Ben Vaughn is an accomplished, award-winning culinary artist residing in West Tennessee. Chef Ben Vaughn recently opened a new eatery in Memphis called Au Fond Farmtable that was named in honor of local farmers and food producers.

By adding another first rate dining location to Midtown Memphis, Chef Ben Vaughn has made deciding what to eat in Memphis an even more rewarding challenge.

Chef Ben Vaughn, the owner and chef of Grace Restaurant has announced that the restaurant will host its official grand opening party on Tuesday, January 26th, 2010 at 7pm.
