GNPS70-4S shale shaker is produced by GN solids control, it adopts 4 Pretension Panel Screens. ‘S’ in the model number means short motor, GNPS70-4L is available. ’ L’ means long motor.

Polyurethane(short name PU) Hydrocyclone is a special abrasion resistant polyurethane which under certain conditions can give three times more life than rubber. GN solids control usually use such cone for desilter, 4 inch cone.

Decanter is the machine of separating suspending liquid on centrifugal sedimentation. With the centrifuge, it is possible to separate the particlebigger than 0.003mm,solid-liquid weight ratio is less than 10%, volume ratio is less than 70%.

GN supply 4 inch desilter cone assembly and they can be assembled into desilter unit by different numbers cones, according to client’s requirement. GN 4” desilters are designed to remove silt-sized (15-47 microns) solids from drilling fluids.
