Magician Richard Hatch returns to the Houston Museum of Natural Science to teach two magic classes, followed by a book signing at Brazos Bookstore, all on Saturday, June 1, 2013. HMNS students will be required to sign the magicians' oath of secrecy.

The Hatch Academy's second performance of 2013 at the Thatcher-Young Mansion will take place on Saturday, May 11th at 2 p.m. As a "Mother's Day" special, the ticket for any mother accompanied by at least one of her children is just half price!

Magicians Richard Cannon and Richard Hatch will be joined by violinist Rosemary Hatch and pianist Jonathan Hatch in a performance for the Sunshine Terrace Scholarship Fund at Taggart Student Center Auditorium at 6 p.m.

The Hatch Academy of Magic and Music's first performance of 2013 at the Thatcher-Young Mansion on Saturday, January 26th will be followed immediately by the official launch of the new book, Taro-san the Fisherman and the Weeping Willow Tree.

The Hatch Academy of Magic & Music has just published "Taro-san the Fisherman and the Weeping Willow Tree," an illustrated story in both English and Japanese about the struggles and triumph of a young fisherman in old Japan.

The 18 Kneaders Bakery and Cafe locations in Utah will feature free storytellers from the Utah Storytelling Guild from 7 to 8 p.m. on Monday, December 3rd. Logan's Kneaders will feature storyteller/magician Richard Hatch.
