After a packed first workshop Sam Belyea returns to Bella Prana to teach Activating the Chakras. This workshop will cover more pose breakdowns and instruction of popular yoga techniques such as bandhas, lines of energy, and pranayama.

Massage Redefined, a Massage Therapy establishment that offers Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, and Reiki Training services has moved from their location on South Dale Mabry to a bigger space on Gandy Boulevard.

Studies of meditation being able to decrease sensation of pain in individuals inspires Massage Redefined located at 3420 South Dale Mabry Hwy. in South Tampa, FL to hold regular meditation classes.

Massage Redefined, LLC has officially added Veronica Ambroze to their website and her schedule is online which allows for clients to access both Samuel Belyea’s and Veronica’s schedules and book appointments online.

Massage Redefined is now teaching Reiki. Reiki is an energy transference technique that helps to facilitate the balance and healing process of the body. Sam Belyea, LMT, Reiki Master, and co-owner of Massage Redefined will be the instructor.
