I find this information highly enlightening. I was under the impression that one actually had to have a valid and legitimate reason to sue someone. I didn't realize that you could sue someone for damages even if you hadn't actually suffered any.

Another product border ban in place and I have to say that it is eerily reminiscent of the recent Electronic Cigarette border ban right here in Canada ... this time though, it is the Canadians who will be the ones losing out on the expected profits.

Absolutely nothing has changed other than the fact that with each passing year, the profits realized from the tobacco industry feeds a larger number of parasites.

As electronic cigarette bans increase around the globe ... 400,000 people annually, need someone to step up to the plate and do the right thing. We deserve the right to choose.

Judging from the reaction to the FDA press release regarding the Electronic Cigarette, which includes a product boycott, border bans, etc ... it's pretty clear to me that nobody even bothered to look at the actual findings within their report
