THE RANT is a National New Play Network World Premiere by Andrew Case. The police are called to a domestic dispute. Shots are fired. A crowd gathers and in the end a boy is dead. A modern day Rashomon where everybody’s account of the event differs.

A dark comedy about a serious subject; young people who feel alienated from society and their own family. Pressures start to mount in a typical nuclear family when unknown things are revealed about their son.
