Stephen Whittier, Chief Instructor of Nexus Martial Arts & Fitness in Massachusetts, was recently featured on the SIU Radio Network's MMA LIVE! program. He was interview on a variety of subjects, from the UFC to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training methods.

Nexus Martial Arts & Fitness just released its new, free mobile smart phone app, "Join Nexus Martial Arts" available on iPhone and Android.

This month Nexus Martial Arts & Fitness launches two all-new programs: the Nexus FighterFit Strength and Conditioning fitness program for adults, and the Parent & Me program for children aged 2 to 7 years and their parent.

With a squad of just over 20 students, Nexus Martial Arts & Fitness takes home well over 40 medals at the North American Grappling Association's East Coast Grappling Championships. NAGA is the largest tournament organization in the Northeast.

Nexus Martial Arts & Fitness was awarded the Gateway Favorites “Best Health & Fitness Center” Award for 2012, marking the 5th consecutive year that the school has won. Nexus also launched a new industry leading life skills curriculum.
