The NoCO ENERGY STAR New Homes Tour features a “net-zero” designed home that creates as much energy as it consumes, under-construction tours and a drawing for a FREE home energy audit ($300 value). Homes open 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Colorado Governor’s Energy Office Funds Northern Colorado ENERGY STAR New Homes Program. The NoCO ENERGY STAR Homes coalition received approval for funding from the GEO to implement the ENERGY STAR New Homes program along the Northern Front Range.
