RESULTS were announced this week to candidates for the new Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection examination, the UK’s new practical qualification for data protection professionals run by PDP Training.

A survey by Data Protection Ireland journal reveal that top Irish organisations are currently not able to demonstrate that they have taken steps towards data protection compliance by delegating data protection responsibilities to appointed employees.
