Voter Registration Project in conjunction with National Voter Registration Day is registering voters on September 25 at various High Schools in Kansas and Missouri to celebrate the national holiday.

We believe that all families matter. Separating families at the border is a tragedy. Mobilize. Energize. Demand an end to immigration policies that violate human rights.

For the11th year in a row, the Patriots’ Run will have runners from the US and abroad - troops in Afghanistan will swap their boots for running shoes while local runners will participate in a 9hr and 11min run at the Great Mall of the Great Plains.

It has been 10 years since that fateful day–the 9/11 attacks on the United States. And, for the 9th year in a row, the Patriots Run will have participants in both the US and Abroad with Soldiers in Afghanistan will host the PatriotsRun on 9/11/11.

On September 10th, while Patriots' Run participants in Olathe, KS, are enjoying a pasta dinner, 3000 soldiers at two bases in Afghanistan will be swapping their combat boots for running shoes. The Patriots Run event will proceed on 9/11 at noon.

On Friday, September 11th, 2009, The 7th annual Patriots Run will unite 1600 runners in Afghanistan with over 250 local and national runners at Two Trails Park in Olathe, Kansas in commemoration of 9/11.
