Society of Cost Estimating and Analysis

The Society of Cost Estimating and Analysis (SCEA) and the International Society of Parametric Analysts (ISPA) announce a merger to form the International Cost Estimating and Analysis Association (ICEAA).

SCEA has issued a Request for Information as the initial step in the software development process for a new training and reference material, to replace SCEA’s current training/reference material (the Cost Estimating Body of Knowledge (CEBoK®)).
