With respect to the La Colorada—Esmeralda Property, the application to SEMARNAT will be submitted—a week later than expected due to other priorities. Godwin will be in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, attending the CIM 2011 World Gold Symposium.

We are seeking permission from several ranchers to do trenching and drilling on the La Colorada—Esmeralda Property. In the coming week an application will be submitted to the governmental environment-access-permission granting SEMARNAT

Early in the week we obtained a letter from the President of the Municipality of La Colorada (these municipalities are large important political divisions) for permission to do trenching and drilling on the La Colorada—Esmeralda Property.

All holes are in oxidized cap rock that contains silver and gold that is expected to be heap-leachable.

Rome’s next project in this area will be the La Colorada - Esmeralda Project because this area has three defined gold belts with drill-ready gold targets.

Rome takes environmental issues seriously. Before the drill leaves the Don Luis Property, all trenches will be filled in. Most of the trenches in the West Zone already have been backfilled and seeded with buffal grass.

There has been a lapse in Rome’s Weekly Reports due to reorganization of our Mexican operations. We now have a new drill crew working with our Prospector II Reverse Circulation Drill.
