Sk8Strong, the leading off-ice training resource for figure skaters, has released two new DVDs: "The Skater Evaluation" and "Advanced Competitive Training." The DVDs expand on Sk8Strong's original series of strength and conditioning DVDs

Sk8Strong Inc., a company devoted to off-ice training for figure skaters, announces the endorsement of its series of DVDs by the Professional Skaters Association (PSA). The PSA is the governing body of skating coaches around the world.

Sk8Strong Inc. (www.sk8strong.com), the complete off-ice training and exercise resource for figure skaters, has developed four DVDs for skaters of all levels and ages to take their off-ice strength training routines to the next level.

Sk8Strong.com is currently producing off-ice strength and conditioning DVDs for all levels of figure skaters, with a manual to follow. Membership to the site and downloadable reports are currently available to provide top-notch training information.
