Shinece Carr has been appointed Director of the Volusia Rape Crisis Center (VRCC). The announcement was made by Rhonda Harvey, Chief Operations Officer of Stewart-Marchman-Act (SMA), which offers the center and its programs.

SMA Behavioral Healthcare has appointed Deborah Loyd as the new Vice President of Human Resources, following the retirement of Vicki Kirksey.  Loyd will be responsible for the full range of HR functions.

Stewart-Marchman-Act (SMA) Behavioral Healthcare held a Mental Health First Aid Training at SMA's Putnam Care Center on October, 17th.
