Thirty-eight students from across the United States have been awarded college scholarships totaling $125,000 from The National Children’s Cancer Society’s (NCCS) Beyond the Cure (BTC) Scholarship Program.

The Aflac Foundation awarded a $20,000 grant to The National Children’s Cancer Society (NCCS) to help the NCCS’ Beyond the Cure Scholarship Program provide college scholarships to childhood cancer survivors for the 2012-2013 school year.

The Energizer Charitable Trust recently awarded a $10,000 grant to The National Children’s Cancer Society (NCCS). The grant will help the NCCS provide college scholarships to childhood cancer survivors in 2011.

Plantation Sweets, one of the nation’s largest Vidalia onion corporations, recently partnered with The National Children’s Cancer Society (NCCS) in a new cause marketing initiative, “Produce for Cancer.”

The 14th Annual Walter F. Phillips Memorial Old Cars Against Cancer “Wheels in Motion Day” will take place on Sunday, September 12, 2010 at Westport Plaza. All proceeds will benefit The National Children’s Cancer Society.
