Florida DUI attorney Barry Taracks gets his client’s DUI charges reduced to reckless driving on a technicality. An incredible feat considering his client had a BAC of 0.14%, nearly twice the legal limit.

Florida is one out of only nine states that has not banned texting while driving. The Senate Transportation Committee approved a no texting while driving bill by 10-0 on Wednesday, December 7th, 2011.
