The Camlee Group

The Camlee Group acted as lead advisors in a deal which was brought to a successful conclusion on Thursday 15th October 2015, to the delight of vendors Ian Siragher, Simon Bristow, Caroline German and Madge Hollowood.

The Camlee Group, acted as lead advisors in a deal which sees Joseph Clayton and Sons Ltd of Chesterfield reaching an amicable arrangement to take over the assets and business of J & E Sedgwick & Company Limited in a deal dated the 24th April, 2015.

Drain Services Ltd was acquired by Unbloc Drainage Engineers Ltd on 31st July 2014 for an undisclosed sum, led in negotiations by Sale based corporate finance boutique, The Camlee Group. This marks Camlee’s third deal in the space of only 5 weeks.

The Camlee Group, with a head office based in Sale in South Manchester, acted as lead advisors in the deal which was brought to a successful conclusion on Friday 20th June to the delight of Vendors Brian and Linda Murphy.

Manchester based corporate finance boutique, The Camlee Group, has assisted in negotiations to successfully complete the deal for ALH, which sold to Indutrade AB on 26th June 2014.
