Arts in the Park in Hallandale Beach, Florida presents Hope for the Holidays on December 15th, 2012 to benefit needy families and provide hope and fun for everyone at Foster Park.
The first of quarterly arts festival events in the city will take place in the recently renovated Foster Park, which includes the newly constructed Foster Park Community Center.
