Avesta Communities announced today that it has completed its acquisition of the Laguna Oaks apartment complex located in Orlando, FL.  The community, renamed Azul, consists of 360 apartment homes across 4 different floor plans.

Cristo Rey Tampa is pleased to announce that Richard Gonzmart, president and CEO of Columbia Restaurant Corporation, received the Lightning Heroes grant on April, 25, 2015. Mr. Gonzmart donated $10,000 of this grant to the Cristo Rey Tampa High School.

David Soto, service foreman of Avesta Greenway, represented Avesta Communities in an area wide maintenance competition and finished 4th overall. The competition, hosted by the Tri-City Apartment Association, was held on March 14, 2015.
