Boston Turkish Festival

Veteran director of the Turkish cinema  Erden Kıral was presented the Boston Turkish Film Festival Award for Excellence in Turkish Cinema  in  a ceremony at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.

Boston Turkish Film and Music Festival film program began on March 21st with director Zeki Demirkubuz’s “Inside” and continues with a concert series until April 27th.

Winners of the Boston Turkish Documentary and Short Film Competition, which is the first of its kind organized in North America, are announced.

Boston Turkish Festival Film Competition begins on November 29 until December 6th, 2012. A total of 38 films will be screened throughout the competition. Screenings will take place at the Museum of Fine Arts, Goethe-Institut and Boston University.
