The National Office Group of Bull Realty has been chosen to handle leasing for Continental Property Group's approximately 400,000 SF Georgia office portfolio. The portfolio includes four buildings in Peachtree Corners and one in Johns Creek.

Bull Realty brokered the sale of a Learning Experience in Jacksonville, Florida. The sale closed on Feb. 1, 2015 for $3.1 million at a 7.7% cap rate. The property is a 10,000 SF single tenant net lease investment.

Healthcare Real Estate Services at Bull Realty brokered the sale of Lange Eye Institute, a 23,000  SF Class B Medical Office Building located in The Villages, FL. The sale closed on Dec. 15, 2015 for $7.6 million.

Bull Realty brokered the sale of a 24.4 acre parcel of land located at Pleasant Hill Rd. in Duluth, GA. The sale closed on Nov. 17, 2015 for $4.9 million.

Bull Realty brokered the sale of Northwinds Summit, a 20,000 sq ft office building located in Alpharetta, GA. The sale closed on Sept. 8, 2015 for $3.7 million.

Bull Realty brokered the sale of the 53,000 square foot grocery anchored shopping center in metro Charlotte, NC known as Stanley Marketplace. The sale closed on Sept. 1, 2015 for $5.1 million. The center is anchored by Food Lion and Family Dollar.

Bull Realty recently brokered the sale of a corporate operated Hooters in Columbia, SC.  The sale closed on August 7, 2015 for $2.6 million at an 8.2% cap rate.

Bull Realty brokered the sale of Sugarloaf Walk Shopping Center, a 22,685 sq ft retail strip center in Lawrenceville, GA. The sale closed on July 17, 2015 for $2.825 million.

Bull Realty brokered the sale of a CVS in Cullman, AL, a 13,600 sq ft freestanding retail building. The sale closed on August 5, 2015 for $4.9 million.

Veteran healthcare practice consultant Ernie Anaya, MBA has joined Atlanta-based commercial real estate brokerage firm Bull Realty’s Healthcare Real Estate Services division.
