cARTel: Collaborative Arts LA is proud to announce the second annual BROKECHELLA- a concert in the spirit of Coachella minus the sweltering sun, and prohibitive price tag. The event will be held this year on APRIL 21st, from 6PM-2AM.

Everybody Nose, the resident clown troupe of cARTel, presents their 6th world premiere: Everybody Nose Nothing Means Anything and I’m Very Worried – A unique tale of life, loneliness, love, and hope, all through the eyes of clowns new and old.

Part of cARTel's Broke Concert series, Brokebeast takes on a slightly Halloween theme and will be filled with fiendish fun, food trucks and fabulous art and music going all night long.

15 films, picked from over 50 submissions, that had only two rules: Be under eight minutes and cost zero dollars to make. Judges include creatives from Bellflower, X-Men:First Class/Thor, Cheers, The Guild, and more
