Covington, Louisiana Nurse Practitioner Pamela Egan, NP-C, CDE, MN, ABAAHP, appeared in the September edition of Woman's World Magazine as a diabetes and nutrition expert as part of an expert panel for an article about weight gain & weight loss.

A recent review by Serbian scientists has concluded that Vitamin D3 helps to reduce mortality rate among elderly women, and that Vitamin D2 and two active metabolites had no such effect. The review involved 50 studies and nearly 100,000 individuals.
