Ergo-PATH System, LLC held its first "Safe Patient Handling (SPH): How to Turn a Struggling Program into a Successful and Sustainable System" seminar in Las Vegas 2 weeks ago. The feedback from attendees was overwhelming positive.

This safe patient handling (SPH) seminar covers the pending Federal SPH legislation and covers in detail the key information needed to establish and maintain a SPH successfully.

All clinics that move patients in Minnesota must have a written safe patient handling plan completed by July 1, 2010. The written plan must address five specific requirements. The plan must be implemented by January 1, 2012.

Many healthcare facilities initially implement safe patient handling programs successfully only to see the enthusiasm wane and have unmet goals and expectations only a short time later. This course teaches how to build and sustain SPH success.
