Fast Smart Web Design features photographs of Tug Pegasus and the Waterfront Museum on the firm's home page. The Tug & Barge are in the running for a people's choice grant of $250,000. Tug Pegasus is a long-time client.

John Townes, staff writer for the Berkshire Trade & Commerce Monthly, also creates digital landscapes. Fast Smart Web Design used one of his pieces for the April banner.

Eve LeBer, well known on Staten Island as a lithographer and painter, created the March banner art for Fast Smart Web Design. The banner is adapted from her print called "Ten European Charms."

Fast Smart Web Design showed Naima Rauam how to maintain her own website, and she created a very personable gallery of her oils, watercolors, and prints of South Street Seaport, the Fulton Fish Market, and Lower Manhattan.

For February, Fast Smart Web Design is promoting two clients, Hey Viv and Meals on Wheels of Staten Island. The site also features two new banners (daytime and nighttime) by photographer Kathryn Badra.

Fast Smart Web Design relaunches on January 1, 2012, and features the work of local artists in the banner. A new artist's work will appear each month.

Although Fast Smart Web Design has designed websites for many New York area non-profits, it was only during this holiday season that the principals thought to promote three of their clients.
