Grimaldi’s Pizzeria currently has 21 locations across the US, and its flagship stores in New York City. The restaurants have received a warm reception in Florida where many are already familiar with Grimaldi’s legendary coal-fired pizza.

The restaurant group, headed by CEO Joey Ciolli, is in a major expansion mode for Texas and many other states. The company currently operates over 30 restaurants in Nevada, Arizona, Nevada, New York, and Florida.

Grimaldi’s Pizzeria is currently operating 2 stores in Florida and promises to continue to expand throughout the country in 2011 and 2012.
