ANSWER 1 I think you should minimize your calorie intake by 300. So you should eat 1200 calories a day. It is safer and more gradual. You can eat 900 calories a day and you will lose weight fast but it is not healthy

Actually, you can just eat a lot of red grapes! I started eating them (about a 1/2 bag a day) just for the antioxidants. But, I ended up losing 9 pounds by accident!
