Hostmark Hospitality Group announced today that they have entered into a joint venture with Pendo Investments and acquired the Hampton Inn Austin Airport in Austin, Texas.   The property will be managed by Hostmark Hospitality Group.

Arden will be investing an additional $6 million in the hotel to renovate the guest rooms, public space and the introduction of a new exciting restaurant option to be completed in fall of 2014.
