The Chocolate Lovers Travel Club will arrive on the shores of Hawaii in mid October of 2008. They will be escorted by top experts in the culinary industry and embark upon a series of private tours on Kona & Oahu.
Eleven CLTC members enjoyed 7 days learning about the history, culture, harvest, manufacture and future of cacao and chocolate. It was a hands-on opportunity to prepare chocolate from the bean to the bar and to see a good deal of southern Belize.
The Amazing Trail to the World's Finest Chocolate tour will personally introduce CLTC members to world renowned chocolatiers throughout Switzerland, France and Belgium. Special meals and lessons await CLTC in some of the most famous chocolate salons.
