#NationalSunglassesDay was the focus of patient education about the dangerous effects of UV Light on the eyes, as well as the importance of UV Eye Protection by wearing quality sunglasses. Activities included a "My Favorite Sunglasses" contest.

For each pair of eyeglasses purchased by patients during the months of May and June 2016, Linden Optometry, P.C. in Pasadena will make a donation to provide eye exams and eyeglasses to children in underserved communities around the world.

Dr. Alan Limfat, O.D., was voted “Best Optometrist” in the San Gabriel Valley News 2015 Readers Choice Awards. Dr. Limfat is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley School of Optometry, and is the owner of Linden Optometry, P.C.

Linden Optometry, P.C. in Pasadena, CA is giving back to the community this Thanksgiving season by offering low-cost eye exams for anyone who has lost their vision insurance (or who never had vision insurance).

On the weekend of October 3-4, optometrist Dr. Brenda Lien volunteered her time to give free eye exams and related vision care at the Remote Area Medical Health Clinic, a 3-day event where hundreds of families received no-cost medical, dental, and vision.

A fund-raising ceremony was held at the offices of Linden Optometry a P.C., in Pasadena last Friday to celebrate 3 months of successful fundraising for World Sight Day 2014.

Linden Optometry, a P.C., was voted "Best Eyewear in Pasadena" for the 20th year in a row. Doctors and Staff enjoyed a celebratory BBQ luncheon, followed by a custom cake which contained a replica of the award.
