RideTime is the complete arrival time information platform. It enables transit agencies to provide their riders with official bus and train transit times via whitelabel voice IVRs, SMS and Mobile Apps. RideTime came out of project called OnTime.

Last month the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) granted a contract renewal to LogicTree, LLC. LogicTree has provided transit software solutions to FDOT for over eight years.

This month, LogicTree, LLC unveiled RideTime, formerly known as onTime Transit. RideTime is an innovative real-time transit platform that combines cloud-based mobile applications and text message (SMS) arrival and departure information.

Yesterday LogicTree, LLC promoted VP of Operations Christina Savage to president. Savage joined LogicTree in June 2014 and enters this new role with solid product knowledge and delivery, and a history of building strong client and team relationships.

This month, LogicTree, LLC integrated Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority (DART) into onTime Transit, its newest suite of mobile apps and SMS service.

LogicTree, LLC released an update to its Florida 511 mobile apps. The latest versions of the iPhone and Android apps are available for download in the App Store and Android Marketplace, respectively.

Over the past two years, LogicTree migrated many of its clients’ IVR systems to its hosted infrastructure.

LogicTree recently implemented VoIPmonitor, a call monitoring tool, for its hosted IVR systems. The tool adds additional value for hosted clients by providing better insight into calls and streamlining troubleshooting.
