Updated Schedule for the upcoming season run of Maharajas’ Express train has been announced by Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation . The upcoming season of this Indian Luxury train will have five new itineraries including journeys.

Only two days remain for booking of the summer special package on board Golden Chariot train. The journey named the Pride of the South will leave for a 8 day trip across destinations in South India with an array of complimentary services.

The main attraction of this new list of itineraries is the introduction of 2 short term tours of the Maharajas’ Express, spanning over 4 days. The newly introduced short tern tours will cover the Golden Triangle circuit of India.

Golden Chariot will make a special summer run on April 16, 2012. The journey called Pride of the South starting from INR 84000 on triple occupancy basis will last for 8 days and will include new attractions and special events for the guests.

The New Tariff rates for the two itineraries of the Golden Chariot has been announced by the KSTDC.Now , one can avail the deluxe services of this luxury train with a starting range of USD 440 per person per night basis.

Maharajas Express will begin its new stint with 5 new itineraries including 2 golden triangle tours lasting 4 day each.The new itineraries of luxury train are the Indian Splendor,Indian Panorama,Heritage of India,Gems of India and Treasures of India.
