j-Summit NY will be hosting a Japanese pop culture festival on Sunday, May 16, 2010 at 6:00 pm. This is their second festival, which will feature five rock bands: NoirceuR, Lilac, Stella's Attic, the Hsu-nami, Typherus at the Studio at Webster Hall.
