Gunfire erupted at a Denver pot celebration Saturday, injuring two people and scattering a crowd of thousands who had gathered for the first 4/20 counterculture holiday since the state legalized marijuana.

“Another horrific explosion took place,” states Ricky Sinclair. “I am sending my deepest regards and prayer up to the whole community of West. I grieve for those who have lost loved ones and those that have been injured.”

“My prayers go up to the ones lost and the ones hurt,” says Bishop Ricky Sinclair of Miracle Place Church. “With all the news of bombings, shooting, and terrorism attacks taking place, I turn to Jesus Christ."

“Without a movement like this, so many people would still be in the dark about slavery,” says Bishop Ricky Sinclair. “ It is great to see all people pulling together for an important cause.

“When I heard the news of Matthew Warren my heart was sadden,” said Bishop Ricky Sinclair. “I think about my boys and how I would feel if I lost them at such a young age. I send my prayers to Rick Warren and his family.”
