According to Annual Performance Appraisal study by Global Recruitment Tendering Platform MyHiringClub.com shows 83% companies in India are planning to give Annual Bonus & Salary increase in this appraisal season.

Infrastructure, IT & ITeS and Banking & Financial Services sector continue to witness dipping hiring figures over the last three months On the contrary, hiring activity in the Retail, FMCG and Oil sector moved up.

Among 112 surveyed cities Pune & Chandigarh is leading with 26% in H1, 2012 hiring outlook followed by Ahmedabad (22%), Lucknow (21%) and Jaipur (18%) in Top 5 list of cities.
