In appreciation for the contributions of the men and women who have served in our nation’s armed forces, Omnitrans is offering free bus rides to US military veterans on Veterans Day, Tuesday, November 11.

Omnitrans is offering two-for-one fares once a week on its new sbX bus rapid transit line during October and November with a “Friends Ride Free Fridays” promotion, beginning October 3.

Omnitrans will cease operations of its OmniLink demand response transportation in Chino Hills and Yucaipa after August 29.

Omnitrans will raise fares for the first time in five years on September 2, 2014.

To help reduce administrative expenses, Omnitrans is consolidating some departments effective July 1, 2014. Director Marjorie Ewing will lead the combined Human Resources and Safety and Regulatory Compliance Department.
