With the temps in the Valley on the rise heading into summer many pet owners are concerned about their pets’ comfort and health while we are at work.

Pete and Mac’s Pet Resort Avondale announces extended hours Wednesdays and Sundays.

This week is Pet ID Week and to assist pet owners to take the necessary steps to help identify your canine and feline family members if they should get lost Pete and Mac’s Lenexa is hosting a Pet ID Party during daycare on Friday , April 25th.

According to the ASPCA (aspca.org/about-us/faq/pet-statistics) less than 20% of cats and only 15 – 20% of dogs are returned to their families once lost. Having a tag with current information can increase the odds your pet will be returned to you.

On Friday, March 21st, Pete & Mac’s Pet Resort Avondale will host a Yappy Hour to wrap up a month long supplies drive for MCACCl. Please join us for sweet drinks, appetizers, games, raffle prizes and donations to MCACC.

Pete and Mac’s Pet Resort in Avondale has joined forces with The Employee Network and W. Steven Martin’s Annual 911 Toy Drive to collect new, unwrapped toys for children in our community.
