SUWA Files Administrative Challenge to Gasco Oil Wells Alleges Approval Ignored Environmental Issues

SUWA filed a stay petition and administrative challenge to the BLM's approval of two Gasco Production Company-proposed oil wells in the Riverbend area of Utah’s Uinta Basin. SUWA filed this challenge with the Interior Board of Land Appeals.
