A ribbon-cutting ceremony has been planned on behalf of the new West Shore Gallery by the West Shore Chamber of Commerce.

Mary Gallagher Stout, an artist from the Washington, DC Metro area will be exhibiting at the Grand Opening of West Shore Gallery. Stout is known for her expressionist paintings and recent plein air works of famous sites of DC.
