Widen Enterprises, a Madison, Wisconsin-based premedia and software as a service provider, has partnered with Madison Area Technical College (MATC) in assisting in the education of non-traditional female students in prepress technical careers.

Widen acquires seven clients during the third quarter of 2008, which have chosen to use the software as a service suite of digital asset management solutions and capitalize on Widen’s sixty years of experience in supporting marketing operations.

Widen Enterprises will be showcasing Backdrop™, its web-based photography workflow management application, at the PhotoPlus Expo booth #1848 at the Jacob Javits Center in New York, October 23-25.
