This Mother's Day, The Signature Room will delight guests with the newly introduced hybrid brunch. The new style of brunch allows guests to choose starters and desserts from the buffet and order as many entrees from the a la carte menu as desired.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago-Magnificent Mile is offering families, couples, friends or business associates the ultimate urban spring break. Guests arriving March 26 through April 9, 2012 will receive 25% off the best available packages.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness of Greater Chicago has been chosen as the non-profit to benefit from The Signature Room's Charity of the Month program. Throughout March, the non-profit will receive 10 percent of sales from the Signature Menu.

Sunday Brunch at The Signature Room combines the variety of buffet service with the fine dining experience of ordering freshly prepared, plated entrees served at the table. The new 'hybrid' brunch is served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. each Sunday.

The Signature Room will offer two dining options this Easter Sunday, April 8th. First from 9:30 a.m. – 3 p.m., a hybrid brunch with a buffet and individually plated entrees. Secondly, a classic a la carte dinner menu will be offered from 6-10 p.m.

The Signature Room at the 95th and The Drive 97.1 FM will partner for the 2nd Annual Wine and Rock Pairing Event on Friday, March 9th. Enjoy an evening of wine pairings and live rock with gourmet, passed hors d’oeuvres, artisan cheeses and more.

The Night Ministry has been chosen as the Charity of the Month at The Signature Room and will receive 10 percent of sales generated from the Signature Menu in the main dining room throughout the month of February.

The Ultimate Romance dinner package available throughout February 2012 provides an exclusive and ultra-private gourmet dining experience with butler service, Dom Perignon Champagne, live musical entertainment, and more.

The Signature Room at the 95th celebrates Valentine’s Day with a gourmet four-course prix fixe menu that includes appetizers, a choice of soup or salad, an entrée, and a spectacular sweet ending, all for $95 per person.

The Signature Room will be offering the Chef's Lunch Special, a gourmet, three-course menu which features a soup or salad, choice of entrée and dessert for just $20. The special will be served weekdays starting January 9 through February 29, 2012.
