3DS V2.1.0-4 released a few hours, new firmware didn't block flashcard. AK2i is working on it.

Ace3ds is a new flashcard for DS/DSi/3DS, it supports DSi V1.43 and 3DS V2.1.0-3, you can play DS games in the 3DS and it is the cheapest flashcard in the market.
