Not all battles end in triumph, but there is still a war to be won. This past Saturday was filled with many firsts for both teams. For ASU FC, it was the first time this season they have lost a regular season match.

The best part about playing club soccer in Arizona, hands down, was the season openers. Driving early mornings half way across the state to CAP Basin seemed to be a regular ordeal, but when it’s the first match of the season it’s so much sweeter.

The Sun Devils are a special breed of Athlete which seems to develop and prosper as the year’s progress. And this past season was no different.
