ACC® Microsilica also called silica fume or condensed silica fume. It is produced by a large number of highly volatile SiO₂ and Si gases in the ore thermal furnace. After gas emission, it is rapidly oxidized and condensed into the air.

ACC® Densified Microsilica products are dassified as Grade 85D, Grade 92D and Grade 95D. Microsilica is a by-product of the manufacture of silicon metal or ferrosilicon alloys, with SiO2 content range from 85% to 97%.

ACC® ZSF is white microsilica with SiO2 up to 92%-96%. As a by-product of zirconia, it has excellent features both in silica and zirconia, such as high SiO2 content, fine granularity, large surface area, and good fluidity to enhance the wear resistance,..
