Payday loan company InstantLolly.co.uk has cheekily imposed a ban on its computers linking to the Kirklees Council website after the council blocked access to payday loans sites from the boroughs library computers.

Borrowers could be turning to illegal “loan shark” lenders because of the “severe restrictions” imposed on payday lending by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
