Tracy Betts attended the 2012 Tuck-WBENC Executive Program. The executive program was held September 30-October 5 at the IBM Learning Center in Armonk, NY.

Balance Interactive’s Krystee Dryer and Carrie Hane Dennison will present “Structured Content - The Future of the Web.” The event will be held October 24 from 12:00-1:30 PM at the Consumer Electronics Association, 1919 Eads St., Arlington, VA.

Balance Interactive’s Susan Cato will present a social media and engagement session at Digital East 2012. She will be presenting “How to Build Your Fan Base from Fan Acquisition to Engagement, to Converting Fans into Advocates & Customers.”

Balance Interactive’s Carrie Hane Dennison and Lorelei Brown, a DC-based user experience designer, will co-present a content strategy session at UserFocus2012. They will be co-presenting “User-Focused Content Strategy that is Just Right.”

Tracy Betts, CEO, spoke at the NEW Luncheon event on August 29, 2012 at the Springfield Golf and Country Club. She spoke specifically about social media and Balance Interactive was a sponsor for the event.
